To me, delivering the elite experience means:
Identifying the right individuals and ensuring my internal clients receive a full market landscape, which includes a variety of candidates from direct, indirect, and “out of the box” environments. Owning the Corporate Intelligence Department and consistently delivering on creating creative sourcing strategies, talent mapping, creating org charts, etc. Ensuring our clients receive an elite experience, which starts with elite research and elite candidates.

What excites me most about the work I do is:
Generating the right names for the searches we work on and seeing those individuals get hired. Headhunting for roles that are extremely difficult and where few individuals have the required skill-set and experience. Finding a needle in a haystack and watching that name blossom into a senior candidate and eventual client.
During my down time, you are most likely to find me:
With friends and family, surrounded by textbooks, or at the movies.
Tanvir has been a pillar of support and an integral member of Yacoub Elite Search since 2009. Tanvir currently heads the Corporate Intelligence department and his role encompasses sourcing and identifying passive candidates for all levels, talent mapping, producing competitive market analyses for internal and external clients, creating presentations for new clients and managing IT functions.
In the years he has worked for the firm, Tanvir has expanded the research portfolio from HR and Finance, to include Infrastructure (P3 – Public-Private Partnerships), Construction, Power/Energy, Facilities Management & Procurement, Business Development, Marketing, and Information Technology.
Tanvir’s role is strategic and crucial to Yacoub Elite’s success because we are only as strong as the candidates we place.
