As a Talent Discovery Leader, Zahi owns the research function from inception to completion. He has the distinctive ability to search and pursue passive candidates and develop long-term relationships in order to proactively identify the best talent that will fit into the culture of our clients. He has a passion for research and the ability to landscape, identify, and target viable candidates for roles in multiple industries. Zahi’s expertise spans across the market and competitive intelligence; he is involved with our long-term clients and he is continuously providing them proactive talent discoveries that helps elevate their talent. Zahi is excellent in maintaining & building strong relationships with different candidates and understanding the culture fit of our clients. He is also involved in the assessment of the candidates and in the creation of talent mining summaries and presentations.

Zahi holds a master’s degree in Industrial Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He has more than 10 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing & customer services.
