Maya joined Yacoub Elite Search in the spring of 2021 as a Researcher and has been promoted to Associate since. Her commitment, dedication, and her ability to build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients make her a key player on the Yacoub Elite team. Maya has supported and led search assignments for clients in hospitality, retail, telecommunications, professional services, and other regulated industries.

Before joining the firm, Maya spent time as a consultant and researcher at a boutique firm in Toronto. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Ryerson University and received her post graduate certification in Human Resources Management from George Brown College.
