Jocelyn is the founder of Yacoub Elite Search. She started the business in 1997.

In 2002, she took over the firm and rebranded as the sole owner and created Yacoub Elite Search – reshaping and re-envisioning the model of executive search.

Jocelyn acted as the “agent to the talent,” following and coaching high performers in their roles within organizations, and today, she represents them as leaders within their industries. She has become a leading executive search expert, coach, and trusted advisor. Jocelyn is renowned for her innate assessments of people, unwavering dedication to her work, and her loyalty and dedication to both her candidates and her partners.
