Pascale Petit-Gagnon

A multi-talented individual who is passionate about her work and believes in doing things wholeheartedly, Pascale joined Yacoub Elite Search in 2006 as a recruitment consultant and later returned to the firm as Partner in 2016, leading the executive search practice in both Toronto and Montreal offices.

In addition to her top-tier recruitment expertise, Pascale has gained valuable experience as an entrepreneur in the tech start-up community, which she leverages to enhance Yacoub Elite Search's partnerships within the sector. As a culture specialist and brand ambassador, Pascale excels at helping partners find top-tier talent for C-suite, directors, and additional senior level positions. Pascale oversees the entire search process, from business development and partner management to search strategy, profile creation, recruitment, interviewing, offer negotiations, and closing candidates.

Over the years, Pascale has partnered with numerous multinational and entrepreneurial organizations across a range of industries, earning recognition for her professionalism, energy, and personalized approach. She has a long-standing professional relationship with Jocelyn and together they form a dynamic duo that serves Yacoub Elite's loyal partner base while continually expanding their network and building new relationships that align with their boutique practice.
